  • Patent number: 11912218
Abstract: A bumper crossmember comprising a wave structure oriented in the vertical direction (z direction), wherein the wave structure comprises at least three apex structures which extend in the bumper crossmember longitudinal direction and are adjacent in the vertical direction. This crossmember comprises a first length section that follows its longitudinal extent, at least one second length section that follows its longitudinal extent, and at least one transition section that is arranged respectively between these length sections. In the second length section, the wave structure is inverted with respect to the first length section, in that the opening direction of the apex structures switches in the transition section. In the transition section, there is at least one additional apex-forming structure, the apex of which is offset in the frontal direction (x direction) with respect to a frontal plane (yz-plane) in which at least two apex structures that are adjacent in the longitudinal sections lie.

  • Patent number: 9598100
Abstract: A device for connecting a steering column to a cross member positioned between two A-pillars. The device comprises a front connecting region, a cross member-accommodating region, and a rear connecting region. The device comprises at least one metal structure, which is designed as a bow or comprises at least one such bow, extending from the front connecting region to the rear connecting region. A base body supports the metal structure. The metal structure is substantially the main load path for introducing force into the cross member. The base body is connected to the metal structure in at least the front connecting region and rear connecting region, in the direction of the main load path.

  • Publication number: 20160059878
Abstract: A device 1 for connecting a steering column to a crossmember 2 positioned between two A-pillars comprises a front connecting region 3, a crossmember-accommodating region 4, and a rear connecting region 5. The device 1 comprises at least one metal structure 8, which is designed as a bow or comprises at least one such bow and extends from the front to the rear connecting region 3, 5 and a base body 6 that supports the metal structure 8. The metal structure 8 substantially is the main load path for introducing force into the crossmember 2. The base body 6 is connected to the metal structure at least in the front and rear connecting region 3, 5 in the direction of the main load path.

  • Publication number: 20100285038
Abstract: The present invention is related to a nucleic acid coding for a factor involved in a biological process, whereby the process is a PI 3-kinase pathway regulated process, preferably a process selected from the group comprising glucose metabolism, amino acid and glucose deprivation processes, diabetes, wound healing, stress response, apoptosis, metastasis, tumorigenesis, cell migration, cell motility in extracellular matrix and cell growth in extracellular matrix, and the factor is a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence according to SEQ ID. NO. 1 or a polypeptide having a sequence according to databank entries gi 9506687 or NP_061931, preferably NP_061931.1.
