  • Patent number: 10189446
Abstract: An end piece (100) for a wiper (102) provided with a rigidifying element (110) comprises a channel (120) for receipt of the rigidifying element, as well as first positioning stops (130), and a first means (150) for locking this element. The end piece comprises at least one second positioning stop (140) in order to cooperate equally well with a first or second type of rigidifying element with different dimensions. The first positioning stops (130) are operational when the first type of rigidifying element (110) is inserted in the channel, and at least one second positioning stop (140) is operational when the second type of rigidifying element is inserted in the receipt channel (120).

  • Patent number: 8230546
Abstract: A support for mounting a windscreen wiper blade includes at least two opposing lower lateral claws arranged transversally on either side of the support, each of the claws being able to collaborate with an associated part of a backbone of the blade for attaching the support on the blade, and an upper part on which a connector can be jointedly mounted about a transversal joint axis. The upper part includes at least one elastically deformable portion which is able to deform when the support is mounted and attached to the blade in order to allow a globally transverse movement of the lateral claws, one relative to the other between at least a parted position in which there is no collaboration with the associated part of the backbone, and a close up position in which there is a collaboration with the associated part of the backbone.

  • Patent number: 7506402
Abstract: A disengageable arrangement for connecting a windscreen-wiper arm to a drive shaft driven in rotation about its longitudinal axis has a device solidly attached to the arm and providing the connection of the arm, and the drive shaft in the normal operating position of the windscreen wiper. The device is deformable under an effect of a torque applied to the arm greater than that exerted by said drive shaft, and is capable of being placed back in the normal operating position by locked relative positioning of the arm and the drive shaft. There is a single locked relative position of the arm and the drive shaft. The deformable device has at least two stacked elastic blades. The ends of each stacked elastic blade solidly are attached to the arm. Each of the at least two stacked elastic blades has a locking part inserted in a stopping part solidly attached to the drive shaft.

  • Publication number: 20080276536
Abstract: A device for opening and closing a rear window and/or a trunk of a vehicle is positioned on a periphery of or integrated in a window wiper arm assembly provided on a rear side of the vehicle. The device includes an opening and closing system that comprises a push-button connected to an actuating mechanism. The push-button is integrated on a longitudinal portion of a supporting mount of the window wiper arm assembly, and positioned on a handle integrated on said window wiper arm assembly.

  • Publication number: 20080022475
Abstract: The invention relates to a disengageable arrangement for connecting a windscreen-wiper arm to a drive shaft driven in rotation about its longitudinal axis (5), comprising a device solidly attached to the arm and providing the connection of the arm (3, 4) and the drive shaft in the normal operating position of the windscreen wiper, this device being deformable under the effect of a torque applied to the arm tending to cause it to pivot about the rotational axis (5) of said drive shaft, when this drive shaft is immobile, and capable of being placed back in the normal operating position by locked relative positioning of the arm and the drive shaft. According to the invention, said locked relative positioning of the arm (1, 3) and the drive shaft is unique.
