    Abstract: The present application is directed towards systems and methods for providing video conference services via a single device installed as an Ethernet adapter on a computing device. A device, based around a standard form factor such as a PCI card, with a CPU, operating system, and memory may be installed in a server or other computing device and utilize power from the computing device while operating independently. The device may comprise an audio/video media processor for mixing a plurality of video streams to generate one or more mixed video streams, which may be provided to video conference participants. In some embodiments, the device may select a mixing format or arrangement for the mixed video streams based on the number of participants or identified roles of one or more participants.
