  • Patent number: 10499025
Abstract: A device receives information to be projected from within and onto a mannequin, and receives instructions associated with projection of the information from within and onto the mannequin. A mirror and a projector are provided within the mannequin, and the projector is in optical communication with the mirror. The device causes, based on the instructions, the mirror to be moved from a first location to a second location, the mirror to be rotated from a first position to a second position, the projector to be moved from a third location to a fourth location, or the projector to be rotated from a third position to a fourth position. The device provides the information to the projector, and causes the projector to provide the information at a portion of the mannequin via the mirror, wherein the information is projected from within and onto the mannequin at the portion.

  • Patent number: 10275029
Abstract: In one implementation, a wearable device for providing non-visual guidance to users includes one or more wireless interfaces to obtain information about the wearable device's current surroundings; one or more processors to (i) determine whether to provide non-visual guidance to a user wearing the wearable device based on the information obtained by the one or more wireless interfaces, and (ii) identify particular non-visual guidance to output to the user based on the determination of whether to provide non-visual guidance and the information; a haptic feedback array including a plurality of haptic motors arranged across at least a portion of the wearable device so that each of the plurality of haptic motors, when activated, provides haptic feedback from a distinct location of the wearable device; and a haptic engine to control the haptic feedback array to provide particular patterns of pulses that correspond to the particular non-visual guidance.

  • Patent number: 10165502
Abstract: A method may include obtaining a plurality of information subsets from a plurality of provider devices. The plurality of information subsets may be obtained via a receiver network, and the plurality of information subsets may be provided to the plurality of provider devices via a network other than the receiver network. The method may include determining that the plurality of information subsets are included in an information set. The method may include processing the plurality of information subsets to assemble the information set. The method may include determining a result of processing the plurality of information subsets. The method may include providing, by the device, information based on the result of processing the plurality of information subsets.

  • Patent number: 9769602
Abstract: According to some possible implementations, a device may obtain information related to multi-user content. The multi-user content may facilitate an interaction between users of different user devices. The device may store the multi-user content in local storage. The device may receive a request to establish connections with two or more user devices. The request may include connection information that is available from a display that is located at a location. The device, and the two or more user devices, may be located at the location. The location may include an area with no Internet connectivity or limited Internet connectivity. The device may establish the connections with the two or more user devices based on the connection information and via a local area network. The device may provide the multi-user content to the two or more user devices via the connections.
