  • Publication number: 20230381995
Abstract: A food slicer for slicing a food item, and including a plurality of tracks, and weight slidable associated along the tracks for advancing the food item toward a blade. A weight guide can engage with the weight, with a follower slidable in a track channel defined along a longitudinal length of the tracks. The tracks can be attached to a hub to form a radial arrangement, with a frame slidable along the tracks. The weight guide can include a clamp arm having an opening releasably engageable with a protrusion extending from the weight, a locking arm having a latch engageable with a ledge of the weight, and a piercing arm having a piercing end configured to pierce into the food item. The weight can include a locking recess configured to receive the locking arm, and piercing sections extending having a piercing element configured to pierce into the food item.

  • Publication number: 20230255225
Abstract: A base unit device for effective mixing and dispensing of a material, and for quick and efficient cleaning of all components. The base unit defines a base internal cavity, and a removable auger and a removable mixer each rotatably located in the base internal cavity. A mixer support ledge of the mixer can overlap an auger support ledge of the auger to prevent the auger from being withdrawn from the base unit when the mixer and the auger are operatively assembled with the base unit. The mixer can include a locking end featuring locking tabs that can engage with a surface of a sidewall of the base unit that defines a mixer bore, thereby locking the mixer and the auger in position during operation. The base unit can be utilized with a hopper defining a hopper internal cavity for storing the material and providing it to the base internal cavity.

  • Publication number: 20230240459
Abstract: A dismountable pump system for quick and efficient cleaning of all pump components. The system includes a container associated with a back pump unit, a pump unit, a fastener and a lock member. The back pump unit defines a flow bore in fluid communication with an interior cavity of the container. The pump unit is removably attached to the back pump unit allowing for disassembly. The pump unit includes a pumping chamber in fluid communication with the flow bore when the pump unit is mounted to the back pump unit. The fastener is pivotably associated with the back pump unit, and the lock member is pivotably associated with the pump unit. The fastener can be pivoted to a locked position to secure the pump unit to the back pump unit, and an unlocked position to allow the pump unit to be removed from the back pump unit.

  • Publication number: 20230077697
Abstract: An automated pizza making system and method for rapidly and efficiently preparing a pizza utilizing computer controlled components. The system includes a platform moving assembly for moving and rotating a pizza crust, a sauce dispenser assembly for dispensing a sauce on the pizza crust, a cheese dispenser assembly for dispensing cheese on the pizza crust, and a slicer assembly for slicing food items and dispensing the sliced food items on the pizza crust. A time-of-flight sensor can be utilized to scan the pizza crust for determining the amount or placement of ingredients on the pizza crust. A weight sensor can be utilized for determining the amount of ingredients placed on the pizza crust. A computer system can be utilized to execute a user's orders and control all the electrical components based on pizza parameters entered by the user in an automated mode, with minimal human assistance.

  • Publication number: 20210094188
Abstract: The present technology is to be used in used in pizzerias and other food restaurants to fully substitute manual labor in food processing. The present technology utilizes a modular principle for flexibility. It allows tuning the machine to (1) different dishes like pizza, chicken wings or hamburgers (2) different sizes and shapes of the room and (3) different orders capacity. The machine utilizes autonomous driving robots with autopilot for food logistics between ingredient stations and for the refilling of the stations with ingredients. Autonomous autopilot robot allows to precisely position the food to cook, e.g. pizza, with the ingredient station for precisely topping or other food processing. Precise interposition allows deep food customization by a client with the possibility of making drawings on food using ingredients. The matrix modular structure of the machine allows parallel orders execution. It is extremely beneficial in peak hours.
