The at least one action indicator is configured to indicate the advertising action possible with the advertising information. The start action instruction is configured to start the advertising action, the start action instruction being triggerable by a user and activating the advertising action associated with the advertising information managed by the advertising dialogue system. The advertising dialogue system provides any service associated with the advertising action as automatically available to the user.

    Abstract: A method provides customer with simple and flexible dialog control and faster access to the desired information. In response to a customer call, a control program for dialog control created with the aid of a graphical editor as a flow chart is started, once access authorization is checked. All of the computer-supported telephony (CTI) information input modules and information output modules provided within the framework of the dialog control service in question, which are subject to continuous monitoring, are simultaneously made available in parallel to the customer via a control module for controlling the resources. The customer can actively intervene in the dialog already during the welcome via the information input modules allocated to him. The dialog commences again at the place designated by the customer. The method is suitable for at least information, news and connection services which are based on very significant parallelism and which are configured for mass telephony.

    Abstract: One variant from a large number of possible services and/or service combinations is made available to the customer via a dialogue of human-machine interaction: a variant which the customer needs to solve his/her problem or to comply with his/her service request. In the process, it is checked whether the customer has access to the terminal configuration required for this variant and verified that the customer's terminal configuration supports the service and/or service combination concerned. For the customer's access to the calling card service, cards of completely different types, personal phone card, prepaid card, “call home” card, etc., are admitted. The type of calling card defines the customer's access authorization to the various possible services and/or service combinations, as well as the manner of billing those services. The present invention is suited for increasing the degree of automation of the services offered by calling card providers.
