The front face of the chest portion has an upper portion which covers the pectoral muscles of the user and a lower portion which covers the user's abdomen. The chest portion comprises adherence means for adhering the upper portion to the pectoral muscles of the user so that to limit or completely avoid the rubbing of the upper portion itself against the user's nipples. The adherence means includes an elastic portion.
