    Abstract: An operator seat harness for supporting an operator relative to a seat. The device includes a pair of torso straps which can be secured to a back of an operator's seat of a crane or the like. A pair of shoulder straps are movably coupled to the torso straps and can also be secured to the back of the seat. The straps are operable to extend about an operator of the crane to support the operator relative to the seat to reduce fatigue and promote operator comfort.
