Abstract: A weighted exercising device for attachment to a foot of a user includes a shoe that is configured to couple to the foot of the user. A plate is coupled to a sole of the shoe. A pair of couplers is coupled singly to and extends from opposing sides of the plate proximate to a back of the plate. A plurality of weights is selectively couplable to the couplers. The improvement is the plate being coupled to the shoe such that the couplers are positioned to selectively couple to respective weights, wherein a selected degree of resistance is provided during exercise.
