Abstract: A mobile cover for scrap metal containers located in outside areas that are open to the elements, such as snow and rain. The cover includes a waterproof covering material stretched over a framework that is able to substantially enclose the scrap metal container. The cover has wheels allowing the cover to be moved from its covering position over the scrap metal container. With such a cover, rain and snow, as well as other undesirable debris, are prevented from collecting in the bottoms of these types of containers.
