  • Patent number: 9312643
Abstract: A mezzanine connector assembly includes a mezzanine receptacle connector having a plurality of receptacle contacts arranged in pairs for carrying differential pair signals and each having a mating interface. The mezzanine receptacle connector has a plurality of receptacle ground shields surrounding each pair of receptacle contacts and providing electrical shielding from each other pair. The mezzanine connector assembly includes a mezzanine header connector having a plurality of header contacts arranged in pairs. Each header contact has a mating segment mated to the mating interface of the corresponding receptacle contact. The mezzanine header connector has a plurality of header ground shields surrounding each pair of header contacts and providing electrical shielding from each other pair of header contacts. The header ground shields are mechanically and electrically connected to associated receptacle ground shields to create shield boxes around the various mated pairs of header and receptacle contacts.

  • Patent number: 6123580
Abstract: A board lock (50) includes a body (52) having a connector engaging portion (54) and can tilevered beams (56) extending from opposite transverse edges thereof. The inner edges (62) of the beams (56) define a slot (64) therebetween that extends into an enlarged aperture (66) in the center of the body (52). Each of the outer edges (58) of the beams (56) include a protrusion (60) and further include a latching portion (68) at the leading end thereof.

  • Patent number: 5739744
Abstract: A thin, portable, lightweight electronic name and address cardfile optionally including memo alarm, calendar and calculator functions, is provided with a contact and movement sensitive scrolling mechanism for sequentially advancing electronically simulated name and address cards in the style of bottom-attachable index cards. The scrolling function is accomplished by manipulating a graphic representation of a rotary actuator of the type provided on a mechanical rotary-type directory. The simulated card-flipping is accompanied by an artificial sound effect reminiscent of the expected sound of cards flipping. The device may be provided with holes positioned so as to render the device insertable within a loose-leaf ring-type binder notebook or personal organizer.

  • Patent number: 5627231
Abstract: Disclosed are compositions comprising plasticizer, first organic polymeric material fused or fusible in the plasticizer and second polymeric material not fusible in the plasticizer, said second polymeric material having a softening point temperature less than about the fusion temperature of the first polymeric material in the plasticizer. The first polymeric material preferably comprises vinyl resin and the second polymeric material preferably comprises acrylate polymers in particulate form. Also disclosed are methods for producing surface coverings comprising converting the liquid plastisols of the present invention to solid compositions under time and temperature conditions sufficient to enable softening, and preferably substantial softening and swelling, of the second polymeric material prior to fusion of the liquid composition.
