Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for loading a customer profile to an electronic banking kiosk are disclosed. A customer who is without a physical form of authentication, such as a debit card, may access his or her customer profile on the electronic banking kiosk after being authenticated with a teller. The teller may receive identification information from the customer and exchange data with an account server to authenticate the customer. The account server may thereafter push the customer's profile to an electronic banking kiosk and provide a code to the customer. The customer may use the code to access his or her customer profile that has been pushed to the electronic banking kiosk, even without having a physical form of authentication recognized by the electronic banking kiosk.

Abstract: Enhanced graphical user interfaces and methods for interacting with graphical user interfaces are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a method may include: (1) receiving a selection of a transaction from a user; (2) presenting a first selection row comprising first selection row options associated with the selected transaction; (3) receiving a selection of one of the first selection row options; (4) presenting a second selection row comprising second selection row options; (5) receiving a selection of one of the second selection row options; (6) receiving an indication to execute the transaction using the selected first selection row option and the selected second selection row option; and (7) executing the transaction using the selected first selection row option and the selected second selection row option. The first selection row and the second selection row may remain presented on the display screen until the indication to execute the transaction is received.

Abstract: Accessible self-service kiosks with enhanced communication features are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a method for interacting with a user of an accessible self-service kiosk may include (1) an accessible self-service kiosk entering a hearing-impaired accessibility mode for interacting with a user; (2) receiving, using at least one imaging device, a gesture made by the user; (3) the at least one computer processor accessing a database comprising a plurality of gestures and commands associated with each of the plurality of gestures; (4) the at least one computer processor identifying command that is associated with the gesture; and (5) the at least one computer processor responding to the command.

Abstract: Accessible self-service kiosks are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for interacting with an accessible self-service kiosk may include (1) receiving, from a user, identifying information; (2) retrieving information about the user based on the identifying information; (3) receiving an instruction from the user to enter an accessibility mode; and (4) interacting with the user with an accessible interface.
