  • Patent number: 7650262
Abstract: A computer-implemented method of analyzing a dataset of pharmacovigilance data, includes determining a sample size-independent measure of association between two conditions of interest in the dataset of pharmacovigilance data; using a hypergeometric distribution to determine a measure of statistical unexpectedness between the conditions of interest in said dataset, wherein the distribution is based on an urn model under a hypothesis that the conditions are statistically independent; and displaying the measure of association with the measure of the statistical unexpectedness to identify a significant association between conditions of interest.

  • Publication number: 20070034633
Abstract: A plastic waste container is rotationally molded with a hollow material carrying or holding compartment having a bottom, rear, front and opposed side walls. A plastic pocket defining a prong receiving channel, located on each side wall or on the bottom wall, is integrally formed and preferably molded with the compartment. The bottom wall extends upwardly and inwardly from a location adjacent the perimeter to form a convex dome with an upper surface above the perimeter in the range of about 3? to 10?.

  • Publication number: 20060151027
Abstract: A gas manifold provides an uninterrupted supply of gas and automatically switches between at least two gas sources. This gas manifold couples to an on-line gas source and a reserve gas source. A pressure transducer at the inlet to the manifold reads the pressure of the gas source. A downstream pressure regulator of each pressure transducer regulates the pressure of gas supplied to a control valve directed by a control circuit. This control circuit monitors the pressure read by the pressure transducers to determine which gas source will be placed on service depending on user preferences, and directs the operation of the control valve to affect those choices.

  • Publication number: 20060060593
Abstract: A plastic waste container is rotationally molded with a hollow material carrying or holding compartment having a bottom, rear, front and opposed side walls. A plastic pocket defining a prong receiving channel, located on each side wall, is integrally formed with the compartment, i.e., molded therewith or premolded and subsequently bonded thereto. Preferably a skirt, extending around each of the pockets, is integrally molded with the compartment and includes struts extending along the side walls of the compartment, above and below the pockets.
