    Abstract: An electric current responsive circuit breaker device includes a housing formed from electrically insulating material and the housing has an internal compartment and an open end. The circuit breaker further includes a thermostatic snap-action blade and first and second electrically conductive contacts such that the first contact has a stationary position disposed within the internal compartment and the second contact is disposed on the thermostatic snap-action blade. Further, the first and second contacts are coupled such that electric current flows through the contacts when the temperature of the thermostatic snap-action blade is below a threshold level, and the thermostatic snap-action blade bends to uncouple the second contact from the first contact when the temperature of the thermostatic snap-action blade is at or above the threshold level so that electric current does not flow through the first and second contacts after the first and second contacts are uncoupled.

    Abstract: A lighted circuit breaker status indication device includes a light guide made of one of transparent and translucent material. At least one light source is configured to illuminate the light guide. The light source is coupled to a circuit breaker by at least one electrical contact. A status circuit path of the light circuit breaker status indication device is coupled to the circuit breaker and configured to provide power to the light source when the circuit breaker is both energized and open, and not to provide power to the light source when the circuit breaker is one of not energized and closed.

    Abstract: A terminal block includes a housing defining at least one bias compartment and at least one terminal compartment. A terminal plate is located within the housing and separates the bias compartment and the terminal compartment, and a bias element is positioned in the bias compartment. The bias element comprises a retainer portion extending through an opening in the terminal plate into the terminal compartment. The bias element is configured to retain a wire terminal to the terminal plate along a first direction and the terminal plate is configured to retain the wire terminal along a second direction when the wire terminal is received in through the retainer portion.
