The lure comprises a generally cylindrical body, a skirt, and chum-dispensing means for dispensing chum through the body. The lure body face and body are so designed as to cause the lure to pitch, roll and yaw as it is pulled through the water, thus emulating a sick or injured fish. The lure thus appeals to the fish's sense of sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch.
