This device pulls with three surrounding gripping jaws in a coaxial path with the long axis of the arrow/bolt and the combined mechanical advantage power of lever, fulcrum and cam while overcoming the minimal movement of the load end of the lever by means of a ratcheting pawl and toothed pull rod.
