Abstract: A method of regulating transmission of data-packets from a wireless terminal device (WTD) and a WTD configured for the same are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the WTD operates in a first or second or third mode. Specific properties of each of the modes according to various embodiments, as well as mode-transitionings therebetween according to different embodiments are described herein.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may include a method for credit underwriting, the method including receiving a dataset of user details. Embodiments may also include creating a convolutional neural network (CNN) with the dataset of user details. In some embodiments, the convolutional neural network organizes at least a portion of the dataset of user details into a layered and weighted dataset. Embodiments may also include creating an enriched layered and weighted dataset. Embodiments may also include executing a back-propagation operation to remove at least a portion of the layered and weighted data from the layered and weighted dataset. Embodiments may also include receiving a plurality of enriched layered and weighted datasets.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and methods for credit underwriting and ongoing monitoring using behavioral parameters of an individual or a business in need thereof. More particularly, the disclosure is directed to gathering and analyzing online private and public databases, as well the user's own digital device(s) to create a personalized behavioral digital fingerprint, indicative of the risk associated with extending credit to that user or the business they represent, while continuously monitoring and recalculating that fingerprint throughout the life of the credit extension.

Abstract: A method and system for associating a visual graphic with an article in a list of articles, to assist the user in identifying and distinguishing different articles in the list. Associated visuals may be selected from visuals embedded within the article, or may be retrieved from a visual pool via text-matching of article titles and text to text stored with the visuals in the visual pool. Embodiments of the invention provide methods for selecting a unique visual for each title in the list, even when the articles do not contain any illustrating visuals and even when illustrating visuals are duplicated among several different articles.
