Abstract: An aluminum borate whisker reinforced and toughened non-metallic matrix composite is provided, which specifically includes a non-metallic material reinforced and toughened with aluminum borate whiskers. The composite exhibits a higher bending strength and fracture toughness and a higher wear resistance. A method for preparing the composite is also provided. The method includes mixing the aluminum borate whiskers and the non-metallic material to form a mixture; and sintering the mixture by a vacuum hot press method, or molding the mixture.

Abstract: Disclosed are a three-dimensional imaging method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium. The three-dimensional imaging method may include: acquiring hardware configuration information of an electronic device and a ranging module supported by the electronic device; determining a ranging dot matrix density and a picture material pixel value according to the hardware configuration information of the electronic device; ranging on a plurality of points on an outer surface of a to-be-measured object by utilizing the ranging module according to the ranging dot matrix density, and obtaining depth information of the plurality of points; building a standard three-dimensional coordinate system according to the depth information of at least three points of the plurality of points; photographing the to-be-measured object according to the picture material pixel value and obtaining a plurality of picture materials; and performing three-dimensional imaging processing on the to-be-measured object.

Abstract: A numerical simulation optimization method of impact damage based on a laser mapped solid mesh is provided, including: measuring an impact damage size, a damage profile, a surface residual strain and a surface residual stress of a solid mesh element around the damage after firing a bullet by a light gas gun to impact a mesh area of a sample and obtaining the impact damage; establishing a parameterized impact finite element model to obtain a numerically simulated impact damage size, a numerically simulated impact damage profile, a numerically simulated surface residual strain and the surface residual stress of the surface solid mesh element; and calculating relative errors between the experimental measurements and the numerically simulated impact damage size, damage profile, surface residual strain and residual stress; and determining whether the relative errors are all less than expected values until a numerical simulation result meeting the accuracy requirements are obtained.

The system includes an environmental parameter module for acquiring environmental temperature, humidity and wind speed data; a ranging module for measuring a linear distance to the power grid equipment; an equipment type recognition module for acquiring an image of the power grid equipment, and recognizing a type of the power grid equipment; an equipment material determination module for determining a material type of the power grid equipment; an emissivity setting module for setting an emissivity; an temperature measurement module for obtaining a temperature of the power grid equipment by focusing on positions of the power grid equipment which need temperature measurement; and a report generation module for selecting a corresponding diagnostic model, displaying a temperature measurement position and a temperature value, drawing a conclusion, and generating a report.
