The first cable harness detachably couples to a coach and feedbacks real-time physical movements of the coach to the player. The second cable harness detachably couples to a training muscle group of the player. The training muscle group receives feedback from the real-time physical movements of the coach including a first resistance level during one portion of the exercise routine and a second resistance level during a second portion of an exercise routine. During an exercise routine, movements of the player are substantially unaffected and unstrained by the athletic training apparatus.
