Preferably, the method includes using information from the signals for digital cognitive behavioral therapy to improve a sleep state of the human user. In an example, the method generally includes sensing of human activities, processing information from such sensing, outputting a task to the user, monitoring a reaction from the user, and adjusting any one of the aforementioned, to improve a sleep state of the user.
