  • Patent number: 10294716
Abstract: The present invention provides a pre-hung door assembly containing a door slab hung inside a door frame. The margins (space between the perimeter of the door and the frame) between the door slab and the door frame are maintained using at least one door jamb margin holder, at least one door lock margin holder, at least one bottom margin holder, or combinations of these holders. The margin holders allow the margins to be maintained and prevent unwanted opening of the door during the shipping and transportation of the door assembly. The jambs of door frame may include predrilled holes for securing the door assembly to the door opening. Details for the door jamb margin holder, the door lock margin holder, and the bottom margin; and methods for installation of the door assembly are also provided.

  • Patent number: 9775435
Abstract: A shelf component including a generally flat, planar base and a pair of side panels, each side panel being coupled to the base on opposite sides thereof. Each side panel is pivotally coupled to said base such that each side panel is positionable generally on a first side of the base. Each side panel has an opening configured to receive a mounting hook therethrough. The shelf component further includes a pair of extension hooks coupled to at least one of the side panels or the base. Each extension hook is positionable on a second side of the base that is opposite the first side.

  • Publication number: 20160037951
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for holding a cut live tree in an upright position. A Christmas tree stand comprises a supporting base and non-penetrative one-way-pushable screws. Threads in the nuts through which the screws are disposed are pushed out of the way (disengaged from the threads on the screws) when the screws are pushed towards a tree placed in the base, but not when the screws are pulled away from the tree. This makes the screws much easier to push towards the tree than to pull them away, making secure fastening of the tree quick and easy. Screws can also be tightened to provide finer screw adjustment. Non-penetrative screws allow the cut tree to remain fresh longer.
