  • Patent number: 10841827
Abstract: A test device for testing a power of a signal at a cell site using RFoCPRI™ is disclosed. The test device may comprise a receiver to receive a signal from a test point near a baseband unit (BBU) of a cell site. The test device may also comprise a processor to determine power of the signal. The processor may identify IQ data from the signal, determine an offset based on a noise floor determined from at least one specification of a remote radio head (RRH) of the cell site, and generate a power spectrum based on the IQ data and the offset. The processor may transmit the power spectrum to an output (e.g., display), to where the power spectrum may be representative of the power of the signal between the RRH and antennas of the cell site.

  • Patent number: 8635833
Abstract: An earth retention system constructed with a top-down process that can be used for permanent below-grade structures, similar to a “soldier beam and lagging wall,” consists of vertical soldier piles, drainage and waterproofing, and a finished, reinforced concrete facing. The concrete facing is placed pneumatically (i.e., using so-called shotcrete). The system is well-suited to constructing below-grade portions of buildings where excavation lay back is not practical or cost effective and can incorporate permanent lateral support from tieback anchors. The below-grade structure is constructed by excavating down part way, constructing a waterproof “lift” portion of the ultimate structure, excavating down another part way, constructing another waterproof lift portion in a manner to be tied in with the lift portion immediately above, and repeating these steps until the below-grade structure is constructed to the desired depth.

  • Publication number: 20060249907
Abstract: An East-West casino offers two or more gambling games in which at least one game involves a Feng Shui element of chance and the other involves either a game based upon a new Chinese Poker Deck of cards or a video slot machine having a carousel in which two or more wheels rotate in opposite directions and a random event associated with the two or more wheels is used in connection with a payout or bonus round of the video slot machine. The game involving a Feng Shui element of chance can be a Yin-Yang roulette game or a video slot machine (which may at least partially based upon the Chinese Poker Deck) or a Feng Shui keno machine while a game based upon the Chinese Poker Deck may be a poker game and the casino itself may be a website. The video slot machine can use a carousel in which two or more wheels (which need not be round) rotate in opposite directions and additional wheel can be added in which symbols are shuffled.
