  • Patent number: 11221189
Abstract: A method of firearm sound and flash suppression, and a device to facilitate that method, by preventing a plurality of solid propellant particles from suspending, and separating solid propellant particles from suspension, within a plurality of gases ejected from a firearm muzzle. The method comprises temporarily detaining the solid propellant particles to burn within the device while allowing gases to flow through and exit the device with minimal turbulence and resistance. The method and the device allow the bullet to move away from the propellant solids and gases, thereby minimizing the effects of asymmetrical forces produced by the propellant solids and gases. The device comprises a plurality of features that are organized in a manner to direct the flow of gases exiting said device in a direction co-linear to the path of the bullet.

  • Patent number: 10634444
Abstract: A parallel path firearm sound suppressor assembly is provided for use in suppressing a plurality of noises and a visible flash generated by the release of gases that is generated by burning solid propellant from a firearm muzzle. A parallel path firearm sound suppressor assembly is provided that comprises an outer sleeve, a base, and a monolithic baffle for use in trapping burning and unburned propellant, and thus, distributing heat to avoid damage to said parallel path firearm sound suppressor assembly.

  • Patent number: 10222163
Abstract: A sound suppressor assembly for use in providing a means to maximize firearm suppressor efficiency with regards to maximizing sound attenuation while minimizing physical size and weight and minimizing firearm backpressure and manufacturing costs. A sound suppressor assembly comprising a closed inner cylinder that is received within a separate outer cylinder having a substantially larger diameter and substantially longer length than said inner cylinder. A sound suppressor assembly comprising a plurality of apertures, or openings, that are coaxially aligned within the assembly, thus providing a means to attach said sound suppressor assembly to a firearm muzzle at a proximal planar end of the present invention, for a bullet and ejection mass to enter a proximal end of said inner cylinder and for said bullet and ejection mass to exit through a distal end of said sound suppressor assembly of the present invention.

  • Publication number: 20180224235
Abstract: A sound suppressor assembly for use in providing a means to a firearm silencer/suppressor designer with an alternative technology to create a more effective device. A sound suppressor assembly comprising a substantially smaller and more versatile device than analogous devices of existing technology. A sound suppressor assembly comprising a monolithic baffle for use in trapping burning and unburned propellant, and thus, distributing heat to avoid damage to said sound suppressor assembly. A sound suppressor assembly for use in facilitating easier and more efficient disassembly and cleaning, while simultaneously being able to handle substantially high pressure ammunition.

  • Patent number: 8127646
Abstract: A base having a substantially planar surface, a plurality of upright fingers, and a blade guide that can be adjustably positioned along the planar surface. The blade guide can be biased toward the upright fingers to secure a section of donor bone between the blade guide and the upright fingers. Aligned openings in the blade guide and planar surface, as well as the gaps between the upright fingers, permit precision cutting of a donor bone section to prepare a graft having a desired size and/or configuration.
