Abstract: The present invention relates to bi-functional compounds which function to recruit endogenous proteins to an E3 ubiquitin ligase for degradation, and methods for using same. More specifically, the present disclosure provides specific proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) molecules which find utility as modulators of targeted ubiquitination of a variety of polypeptides and other proteins, in particular the androgen receptor of a slice variant of AR which lacks the LBD, labelled as AR-V7, which are then degraded and/or otherwise inhibited by the compounds as described herein.

Abstract: A container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching assemblies. The latching assembly may comprise a latch body, a locking member, a biasing member, and an activating member. Additional features of the container may include handles and strength increasing features. The base and lid may also feature attachment points for various accessories. A carry strap may attach to the base of the container to allow a user to lift and carry the container. The container may also have a wheels attached to the bottom portion and/or across the bottom portion to one side of the sidewall structure. In addition, in exemplary containers with wheels, a pull handle may be attached to a side opposite the wheels. The lid may include a lid support member that can act as a molle board to releasably secure items to the lid support member while also providing structural support to the lid.

The method includes selecting at least a workload of a plurality of workloads deployed in a first cloud environment for inspection, wherein the workload includes a first volume; generating in a remote cluster an inspection node, the inspection node including at least a first disk, wherein the remote cluster provisions inspection nodes in response to demand for inspection nodes; generating a persistent volume (PV) on which the at least a first disk is mounted, wherein the at least a first disk is generated from a snapshot of the first volume; and generating a persistent volume claim (PVC) of the PV for an inspector workload, wherein the inspector workload is configured to inspect the PV for an object, and wherein inspector workloads are provisioned in response to demand for inspector workloads.

Abstract: A system and method for detecting a permission escalation event in a computing environment is disclosed. The method includes: generating a cloned disk based on an original disk of a resource deployed in a computing environment; detecting an identifier of a first principal on the cloned disk; detecting a second principal in the computing environment, the first principal authorized to assume the first principal; storing a representation of the computing environment in a security database, including: a first principal node representing the first principal, and a second principal node representing the second principal, further associated with a permission; querying the representation to determine a permission of the first principal; determining that the second principal includes a permission which the first principal does not include based on a result of querying the representation; and generating a permission escalation event.

The bag may also include a pair of adjustable straps. The adjustable straps can be configured to move from a first backpack carry position to a second hand carry position by releasing the adjustable straps from the outer shell of the bag from the first carry position and securing the adjustable straps to the second carry position.

Abstract: An example lid assembly may include a lid and a slider. The lid may further include a guide channel configured to receive the slider, and the channel may limit the lateral movement of the slider. The guide channel may further include a pair of air vents. The slider may be configured to slide along the lid, from a closed position where the slider covers the opening and to an opened position in which the slider uncovers the opening such that the contents of the container may be released. The slider may be configured to lock into place in both the closed position and the opened position.

Abstract: An electrical assembly is constructed for mounting an electrical wiring device at an incline with respect to a support. The assembly includes a mounting bracket for receiving and supporting the electrical wiring device. The mounting bracket is received in a recess open end of a support, such as the open end of an adapter for an electrical box. The mounting bracket is coupled directly to the support. A weatherproof cover overlies the electrical wiring device and the bracket for closing the electrical wiring device and providing a weatherproof seal between the cover and the support.

Abstract: A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The canister can be sealed by a lid structure, and the lid structure can have a spout opening. The spout opening may be sealed by a removably-coupled cap. Further, the cap may have a magnetic top surface configured to magnetically couple to a recess on the top surface of the lid for temporary storage of the cap when manually removed from the spout opening.
