  • Patent number: 7609854
Abstract: In a method for representation of medical image information on a display medium an image representation parameter is varied dependent on the position of the observer. Superimpositions of data sets from different medical examinations are thereby displayed. The observer thus has simultaneous access to information from the medical examinations, which makes the diagnosis easier for him or her.

  • Patent number: 7349856
Abstract: In a method for selectively enabling or blocking the use of medical equipment made available by a vendor or a system option in the medical equipment, for a customer, wherein the equipment is arranged in a facility of the customer, a compilation is created and stored at a vendor's computer from which it proceeds whether the customer is permitted to use the medical equipment overall or which system option of the medical equipment the customer is permitted to use. Given a desired utilization of the medical equipment or a system option of the medical equipment by the customer, a check is made at the vendor's computer as to see whether the customer is authorized for the use and whether costs arising from previous use are to be paid. The use is automatically enabled when the authorization still exists and no costs are outstanding, or the use is automatically inhibited when there is no authorization or costs are still outstanding.

  • Publication number: 20060007246
Abstract: In a method for representation of medical image information on a display medium data sets from different medical examinations are supplied to various information channels of a 3D monitor. Various superimpositions of the data sets are displayed to an observer dependent on the viewing angle. The observer thus has simultaneous access to information from the various medical examinations, which makes the diagnosis easier for him or her.

  • Patent number: 6246462
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for producing photographic copies of film negatives on a web-shaped endless material which includes a device for the shining through or scanning of picture originals, whereby a first device for producing the copies on the web-shaped endless material is provided and a second device for producing data or image data fields subsequent to the first device is provided, whereby a material storage (58) is provided between the first and second device, whereby in accordance with the invention the material storage is a space in which the material web with the copies is randomly laid down through an input and removed through an output on demand. • Patent number: 5593204
Abstract: A guide rocker (5) for actuating and for controlling displacement of a slide cover of a sun roof for motor vehicle, which is characterized by being formed as a laminar, usable on both side, form-stable sandwich structure of several plates of different materials. At least one reinforcing plate (16), formed of a punched-out sheet metal, tightly abuts one side surface of a plastic rocker body (15) having a guide slot (11) for receiving a guide pin (10) secured in the rear slide block (9) of the sliding cover (1). The reinforcing plate has a slot (17), which corresponds to the guide slot (11) but has a larger slot width and in which is form-locking received an edge projection that surrounds the guide slot (11), projects outwardly from the rocker body (15), and is formed as one piece therewith.

  • Patent number: 5526998
Abstract: A system for handling strip-form photographic material in which the photographic strip material can be wound up onto a take-up core of a strip material cartridge (film reel or cartridge or paper cartridge) that can be attached or affixed at the take-up side or the uncoiling side in the processing stations of a photographic processing system. The strip material cartridge can be equipped with a holding and clamping system for the end of the photographic strip material, and this system can be operated manually or with the help of a preferably automatic operating system in such a way that the end of the wound up photographic strip material is available held and clamped or loose.

  • Patent number: 5373543
Abstract: A computer tomography system, in addition to conducting a standard computer tomography scan, is capable of producing a shadowgraph prior to conducting the computer tomography examination with the measurement unit in a locked position, as well as one or more real time shadowgraphs during the computer tomography examination. The shadowgraph obtained with the measurement unit in the lock position can then be superimposed with one or more of the real time shadowgraphs obtained during the tomography examination, and the superimposed image displayed, so that patient and/or organ movement arising during the computer tomography examination can be immediately visually perceived.

  • Patent number: 4450482
Abstract: An exemplary embodiment operates according to the principle of non-linear manipulation of the brightness distribution of video pictures by means of matching the brightness distribution (histogram) to a prescribed function F(H). An arithmetic unit with a histogram memory determines the histogram of a video image. A processing circuit is connected to the histogram memory and calculates correction values from the histogram for example during a vertical blanking interval so as to convert the current image point information into corrected image point information in accord with the prescribed function F(H), the corrected information being read into a correction memory. The image point information of a video image is supplied to the address input of the correction memory for conversion in accord with the correction values stored there.
