  • Patent number: 7322473
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic packaging (1) made from a packaging dish (2) and a cover lid (3). The cover lid (3) is at least partially sealed to the packaging dish (2) in a peelable manner and the cover lid (3), or the packaging dish (2), comprises at least one knob (5) and complementary to the above the packaging dish (2) or the cover lid (3) comprises a recess (6), through which the knob(s) is/are pressed on sealing the plastic packaging (1). At least a partial region of at least one knob is provided with a sealing material (95) or preferably at least one partial region of at least one knob (5) and the boundary region of the complementary recess (7) is connected to a sealing material (9), which on first opening of the packaging (1) is damaged. The invention further relates to methods for the production of said packages.

  • Publication number: 20050257503
Abstract: The invention relates to a packaging (1) consisting of a thermally and/or mechanically deformable plastic film, the packaging including two shells (2, 3) which can be interconnected in a sealing plane (4) in a preferably reclosable manner, thus forming a hollow body. The sealing plane (4) is inclined in relation to the horizontal and extends into the region of the hollow body, essentially along the diagonal of the same. The invention also relates to a method for producing a packaging having an inclined sealing plane (4), and to a method for filing the packaging.

  • Publication number: 20050060964
Abstract: The invention relates to a packaging machine (1). According to the invention, the film (11) is transported from a roll to a forming station (2), whereupon it is heated and deep drawn by a forming tool (9) to form a packaging tray. The forming tool can also contain a cutting device enabling the packaging trays (10) to be cut of the strip of film (11). The rest of the strip of film (11) is wound by means of a coil (13). The packaging trays thus produced are transported by means of the conveyor belt (14) to the filling station (4) and filled with packaging items. The filled packaging trays are then closed with a covering film (12) in an evacuation and sealing station, said covering film being used to seal the packaging trays (10). A cutting system is integrated into the sealing tool (15) and is used to cut the finished packaging from out of the covering film (12). The remaining covering film is wound by means of a coil (16). The finished packaging is removed by means of an exit strip (17).

  • Patent number: 6415925
Abstract: The invention concerns a packaging tray (1) suitable for permanently holding liquid (5) escaping from a packaged article (6). At least on and/or in its base wall (2) the packaging tray (1) has at least one cylindrical bulge (4) which is open towards the interior of the packaging tray (1) and whose diameter, which remains constant over the entire depth of the bulge (4), is between 2 and 6 mm, its depth being 1.5-times the diameter. The invention also concerns a corresponding packaging device.

  • Publication number: 20020033393
Abstract: The present invention relates to a food packaging made of a thermally and/or mechanically mouldable plastic film with two bodies which display an essentially similar cross-section and are connected via at least one joint located between the first and the second body in a manner permitting opening and closing, where at least one of the two bodies has at least one foot serving as a stabiliser and where the foot ensures a stable upright position, which the packaging would not assume at all, or not assume stably, without the foot.

  • Patent number: 5331791
Abstract: It is often desired to again seal packages, consisting initially of foils hot-sealed with one another, after opening and partial removal of the content in the package in order to at least partially separate the remaining content in the package from the environment. A resealing area is provided for this purpose besides the hot-sealing area, with which the top and the bottom foil are connected to one another, which resealing area consists of individual closing elements which, fitting into each other, are provided in the two foils. The foils are not threadlike connected with one another in the resealing area. Rather dotlike closing elements exist, which also permit a small undercut. They are formed in matrixes without a top die, which matrixes are thereby subjected to an underpressure, whereas the other side of the foil is under an excess pressure. The deformation is thus brought about purely pneumatically.
