    Abstract: A printer assembly having a printer on a support or table and, in addition, a paper guide formed by a pair of bent plate members spaced apart from one another and defining a gap through which a paper web can travel from an inlet edge of the guide to an outlet edge thereof. While one edge of the guide is closely juxtaposed with an inlet or outlet opening of the printer, the opposite edge is freely accessible to the fingers of the operator to facilitate insertion of the paper web and is not obstructed by either the printer or the table.

    Abstract: A device for positioning loads such as computer terminals or parts thereof has a pair of plates which are adjusted with respect to one another with an eccentric on a shaft between the plates which is rotated by a handle disposed outside the space between them. According to the invention, a friction brake is provided between the plates and engages the shaft to prevent undesired rotation which may vary the adjusted position.
