The preparation method includes: mixing a ferrous salt, a ferric salt, a manganous salt, water, a dispersing material, and a phosphate to obtain a first mixture, and subjecting the first mixture to a first precipitation reaction to obtain a first reaction mixture containing the phosphate; adjusting a pH value of the first reaction mixture containing the phosphate to 10-12 by adding an alkali thereto to obtain a second mixture, subjecting the second mixture to a second precipitation reaction to obtain a second reaction mixture; and subjecting the second reaction mixture to a solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid, washing the solid, and drying to obtain the functional material for synchronously stabilizing multiple metals.

An ultra-thin frozen microtome to prepare a sample, a tapping mode of the atomic force microscope is used, and when characterizes the carbon black and rubber composite material, the difference of imaging characteristics between morphological and phase diagrams is used, the characteristics of bonded rubber of carbon black reinforced composite material can be observed to obtain the thickness of bonded rubber, and then influence of bonded rubber on rubber performance and the reinforcement performance of the carbon black in the rubber are analyzed. The method has advantages of simple operation, no need for excessive sample processing, high detection efficiency, clear detection images and high detection accuracy, thereby having better applicability and providing a new method and idea for studying reinforcements of fillers.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cytokine-based bioactivatable drug construct (“VitoKine”) platform that aims to reduce systemic mechanism-based toxicities and lead to broader therapeutic utility for proteins and cytokines such as IL-15 and IL-2 for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, viral infection, transplantation and various other disorders. The novel VitoKine constructs of the present invention comprise: 1) a tissue or disease site targeting moiety D1 domain (“D1”), 2) a bioactivatable moiety D2 domain (“D2”), and a concealing moiety D3 domain (“D3”). Importantly, because the “active moiety” of the VitoKine construct will remain inert until activated locally by proteases that are upregulated in diseased tissues, this will limit binding of the active moiety to the receptors or to the targets in the peripheral or on the cell-surface of non-diseased cells and tissue to prevent over-activation of the pathway and reduce undesirable “on-target” “off tissue” toxicities.
