The order processing method, apparatus, device, system and storage medium provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure can realize dynamic roll-back combining, so that the newly arrived original order is combined with the currently unsorted target orders, and the out-of-warehouse efficiency is effectively improved.

Abstract: This application provides a robot dispatching method and apparatus. According to the method of this application, a first robot is controlled to move to a second workstation and to place a required container of a second order to the second workstation after the first robot places a required container of a first order to the first workstation, so that the first robot can perform an operation of depositing containers across workstations during a single task of transporting containers. In this way, as many containers as possible can be placed on the workstations in the single task of transporting containers, which reduces times of retrieving and returning containers, thereby improving the overall efficiency and performance of an intelligent warehousing system.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a recommendation method and apparatus for recommending to enable/disable a workstation, an electronic device, and a warehousing system. to-be-processed order information is acquired for the warehousing system. The to-be-processed order information is used for representing to-be-processed orders in the system and a deadline corresponding to each of the to-be-processed orders, and each of the to-be-processed orders corresponds to at least one warehousing box. A target workstation number is generated according to the to-be-processed order information. The target workstation number is used for representing a number of workstations required for completing the corresponding to-be-processed order before the deadline. Information of enabling/disabling a workstation is determined according to the target workstation number, and the information of enabling/disabling the workstation is transmitted to a terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a warehousing robot control method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. In the method in the embodiments of the present disclosure, a preset area is arranged near a workstation, and a throttling condition corresponding to the preset area is set. When the number of the robot in the preset area meets the throttling condition, a scheduling server sends an avoidance instruction to a warehousing robot that meets an avoidance condition, the avoidance instruction being used for indicating an operation of the warehousing robot that meets the avoidance condition stopping entering the preset area. If an avoidance instruction is received, a warehousing robot enters an avoidance state and stops moving toward a preset area of a workstation allocated to the warehousing robot. This can reduce the number of warehousing robots that wait near a workstation, thereby avoiding congestion near the workstation, and improving goods pick-and-place efficiency.

The goods sorting method includes: generating at least one collection order, each collection order including a predetermined number of sorting orders and recording a plurality of stock keeping units; sending the collection order to at least one picking console in a preset collection order issuance mode; and moving a cargo box to a corresponding picking console so that goods corresponding to the stock keeping units recorded in the collection order are picked out. By means of the method, a large quantity of sorting orders can be processed simultaneously by generating and issuing the collection order, which greatly improves the efficiency of a picking operation.
