Abstract: Disclosed is a composition comprising, consisting essentially of, or consisting of an ethylene polymer, a thermoplastic elastomer, a crosslinking agent, and optionally a foaming agent wherein the ethylene polymer includes ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene, ethylene acid copolymer, ionomer of the acid copolymer, ethylene alkyl(meth)acrylate copolymer, or combinations of two or more thereof; the thermoplastic elastomer can include copolyetherester, copolyetheramide, elastomeric polyolefin, styrene diene block copolymers, thermoplastic polyurethane, or combinations of two or more thereof; and the crosslinking agent includes one or more organic peroxides, irradiation, or combinations thereof. Also disclosed is a product made from the composition such as foam for shoe applications.
