  • Publication number: 20240181668
Abstract: A hot cutting mechanism and a composite severing equipment are provided. The hot cutting mechanism includes a hot cutting knife component, including two hot cutting knives disposed side by side along a first direction and used to cut an object to be cut at a same preset position; a driving mechanism, including a first driving mechanism used to drive the two hot cutting knives to reciprocate along a second direction and a second driving mechanism used to drive the two hot cutting knives to reciprocate along the first direction. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The first direction is parallel to a transmission direction of the object to be cut.

  • Publication number: 20220388095
Abstract: A welding method of a battery cover plate includes performing at least two times of continuous welding along a connecting zone between a cover plate and a shell, and adjusting laser welding power, welding speeds, and defocusing amounts. Welding power of a first continuous welding is less than welding power of a second continuous welding. An amount of deformation of the shell is less than or equal to 0.6 mm after the first continuous welding, and the amount of deformation of the shell is less than or equal to 1.0 mm after the second continuous welding.

  • Publication number: 20220388100
Abstract: A welding method of a battery cover plate includes: performing a first welding and performing a second welding. The first welding starts from an edge of one side of the cover plate, continuously welds a portion of a connecting seam between a shell and the cover plate, and ends at an edge of an opposite side. The second welding starts from an ending position of the first welding, continuously welds a remaining portion of the connecting seam, and ends at an initial position of the first welding, or, the second welding starts from the initial position of the first welding, continuously welds the remaining portion of the connecting seam, and ends at the ending position of the first welding.

  • Patent number: 7793726
Abstract: A marine riser system for transferring fluid between a well on the seafloor and a vessel floating on the surface of the sea. The riser system has a turret buoy capable of connecting to a floating vessel; two or more hybrid risers, each of the hybrid risers having a vertical riser, a riser buoy attached to the upper portion of the vertical riser and a flexible jumper connecting the riser buoy to the turret buoy, and wherein the hybrid risers are secured to the seafloor. A flowline may connect a lower portion of each of the vertical risers to a subsea manifold, which interconnects the flowline and a subsea well. The subsea manifold is capable of controlling the flow to or from a subsea well. The hybrid risers are positioned about the turret buoy so that the turret buoy is horizontally balanced while disconnected from a vessel. In another embodiment, the marine riser system is capable of directing a fluid from the floating vessel to a subsea export flowline.
