  • Patent number: 11905043
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for computing a trajectory of an object in space to a secondary body (M2) in orbit around a primary body to land on, or capture into orbit, or flyby M2 in a Three-Or-More Body Problem. A special plotting of sampled vectors from M2 are integrated backward using a Poincaré Map to form a “Swiss Cheese plot” to find a nominal trajectory. A funnel-like set of trajectories can be constructed along the nominal trajectory for navigation purposes. A global resonant encounter map over a sphere around M2 can be constructed to provide trajectories to, for example, flyby any point near M2, capture into orbit over any point about M2, land on any point on M2. Besides space exploration, there are many applications to the development of Cislunar space commercialization and colonization including asteroid capture and mining.

  • Publication number: 20230259030
Abstract: In certain embodiments, a method of microfabrication includes forming a layer stack on a wafer, the layer stack including a photoresist layer formed on an underlying layer. The method further includes depositing a barrier layer on the photoresist layer, the barrier layer selected to prevent penetration from one or more environmental components. The method further includes exposing the photoresist layer to a pattern of actinic radiation and developing the photoresist layer.

  • Patent number: 11647062
Abstract: A system and method that determines the musical tastes of a plurality of users and subsequently socially connects said plurality of users using said musical tastes is provided. The system also allows a first user to livestream a single audio data source in way such that a plurality of secondary users may access said single audio data source over a network. This may be accomplished by allowing host user to stream music by selecting audio data associated with their user profile via the user interface. The host user may then select a function of the user interface that instructs the system to livestream the audio data over a network. Guest users may access the livestream using functions of the user interface of the system, and the audio data may be presented to the guest users via a display.

  • Patent number: 11456185
Abstract: In certain embodiments, a method for processing a substrate includes applying a surface treatment to selected surfaces of the substrate. The substrate has a non-planar topography including structures defining recesses. The method further includes depositing a fill material on the substrate by spin-on deposition. The surface treatment directs the fill material to the recesses and away from the selected surfaces to fill the recesses with the fill material without adhering to the selected surfaces. The method further includes removing the surface treatment from the selected surfaces of the substrate and depositing a planarizing film on the substrate by spin-on deposition. The planarizing film is deposited on the selected surfaces and top surfaces of the fill material.

  • Patent number: 11455436
Abstract: Methods used to more accurately predict spin on layer planarization over a patterned topography are provided. Methods are provided for generating a layer critical dimension model. In one embodiment, the critical dimension model is a layer thickness model that more accurately simulates patterned topography trends, as a function of feature dimensions, surrounding pattern density and radial position across the patterned topography. Additional methods are provided for calibrating the layer thickness model over one or more spatial areas to account for radial variations in the patterned topography. Further methods are provided for using one or more calibrated layer thickness models to predict a thickness of a layer (e.g., a spin on coating) as it is being deposited onto a patterned substrate. The methods disclosed herein may facilitate the planarization (i.e., flatness) of spin-on coatings during the device fabrication to form a uniformly planar layer or layer on the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20050000899
Abstract: A polymeric composite may be used for forming fluid separation membranes. The membranes may be formed from polyimide, polyamide or poly (pyrrolone-imide) materials. Polyamides may be formed by the condensation of a tetraamine, a tetraacid, and a diamine. Polyimides and poly (pyrrolone-imides) may be formed by the cyclization of a polymer precursor. A polymeric composite may include a dithiolene or a mixture of dithiolenes. A polymer matrix incorporating dithiolenes may exhibit an olefin/paraffin solubility selectivity. A solubility selectivity may be between about 1.1 and about 2.0.
