  • Patent number: 9228695
Abstract: The present invention relates to the concept of a tripod having three separate legs which can placed on a surface such as the ground and which come together at a joint location at the top portion of the legs to retain a support member to which a piece of photographic equipment such as a camera can be attached. The present invention relates specifically to the field of photography tripod support equipment which contains tripod legs wherein each leg of the tripod is composed of a multiplicity of sections which can be folded up and retained in the folded condition for transport and thereafter, can be converted to legs which are immediately in the in-use condition after the mechanism which retains the legs in the folded condition is released to permit the three tripod legs to be quickly unfolded and automatically placed into the in-use condition.

  • Patent number: 7407283
Abstract: A goggle lens comprises a first surface (210) and a second surface (220) separated by a thickness (230, 240) of the goggle lens. The goggle lens is made up of a central region (121), a first lateral region (122) on a first side of the central region, and a second lateral region (123) on an opposite side of the central region. The first surface of the goggle lens is a portion of a first ellipse (211) and the second surface of the goggle lens is a portion of a second ellipse (221). The goggle lens complies with at least one of a MIL-PRF-31013 standard, a EA-L-1381B standard, and a FNS/PD 86-20 standard, all of which define particular specifications for impact resistance.

  • Patent number: 6830150
Abstract: A storage container, pouch, panel or part of a bag for carrying reusable items such as recording medium cartridges, rechargeable batters, or other reusable media and having an indicating flag for determining which of the reusable items contained within the containers have been used or not used. The container comprises a plurality of pockets, wherein each pocket has an indicating flag which is attached to the lining of the pouch. The pockets enable the reusable items to be stored therein and then the indicating flag is then moved out of the pocket so that it is exposed over the cartridge, so that the user knows that the reusable item has already been used and has no additional storage capacity or knows not to reuse it to record over it unless they intend to do so.

  • Patent number: 6206567
Abstract: A container having dual openings for facilitating rapid access to the interior of the container to remove articles from the container which includes two ends, two sides and a base. A side closure flap is attached to one of the two sides and forms a top when the flap is in a closed position for covering the top opening of the container. The side closure flap can be opened by flipping over the flap to gain access to the interior of the container. The top of the container has a full length double zipper which facilitates access to the interior of the container from the top instead of flipping over the side closure flap.
