  • Publication number: 20240024100
Abstract: A heart valve stent and a prosthetic heart valve structure thereof. Wherein, the heart valve stent comprises a stent body (1); a joint member (2) comprising a fixed part and an elastic stretching part connected to the fixed part, an end of the elastic stretching part away from the fixed part is a movable end. By means of optimal design of the stent structure, the service life of a prosthetic heart valve mounted on the stent is prolonged, and meanwhile, a material with lower elasticity can be used to achieve a valve performance comparable to that achieved by a material with higher elasticity in the prior art; moreover, a leaflet assembly (31) is enabled to close more quickly with less external force, which has significant effects.

  • Publication number: 20230263625
Abstract: A heart valve assembly, a prosthetic valve device, and a preparation method for a heart valve assembly. The heart valve assembly comprises: a skirt portion having a tubular structure, at least two leaflets provided on an inner wall of the skirt portion, a plurality of integrated anchoring rings provided on the exterior of the skirt portion; one end of the integrated anchoring ring is fixedly provided to the exterior of the skirt portion, and one end thereof is a free end; and the skirt portion, the leaflets and the integrated anchoring rings form an integrated valve structure. The heart valve component simplifies an assembly process by significantly reducing the need for precise sutures for connecting the valve component(s) to a stent, which can reduce the uncertainty of current suture technology.

  • Publication number: 20230172708
Abstract: A heart valve prosthesis includes a support element of a tubular structure, and at least two lobule bodies connected to the inner wall of the support element, wherein the support element comprises an outer layer fabric having selvages on opposite sides, and a suture line for fixing the other two sides of the outer layer fabric to each other to form the tubular structure; each of the lobule bodies is formed by stacking at least one lobule layer; and the opposite sides of the lobule body are respectively an interwoven side and a free side, with the interwoven side being fixed between the two selvages of the outer layer fabric by means of weaving, and the free side being a selvage. An artificial valve formed by same, and a preparation method therefor are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20210282915
Abstract: A composite hollow lumen and a method for producing the lumen are provided. The lumen includes a tubular textile formed of yarns having a first tensile strength and a matrix material in which the tubular textile is embedded to form a conduit having a bore and a sidewall substantially impermeable to liquid. The matrix material has a second tensile strength that is lower than the first tensile strength. The method for producing a composite lumen includes selecting yarns having a first tensile strength, selecting an elastomeric matrix material having a second tensile strength that is lower that the first tensile strength, forming a tubular textile of the yarns, and embedding the tubular textile in the matrix material to form a conduit having a bore and conduit walls that are substantially impermeable to liquid. The elastomeric matrix material is a biodegradable or bioresorbable polyester.
