Abstract: A tool support strap is disclosed that has an inner, elastic core throughout the entire central segment of the strap with an elastomeric covering over the inner core. Encircling the elastic core is a self-centering shoulder pad. Adjustable straps are provided to adjust for the girth and the arm length of the user, which may be done through a central buckle, clip, or the like.

Abstract: The current invention is a temperature regulating cup holder that acts as a cooling, heating, or neutral temperature for the drink that it is holding. The Climate Cup has a switch that controls Hot, Cold, or Off/Neutral as the temperature of the liquid that it is holding. The Climate Holder also fits into any tradition cupholder. It has a heating and cooling means and consists of a base with a switch and a holder.

Abstract: A temperature-controlled integrated circuit configured with a secure data processing element, and method of manufacture of same, is disclosed. Specifically, the temperature-controlled integrated circuit, comprising a secure data processing element operable within a nominal operating range, is configured with a heat-transfer element which allows the secure data processing element to operate in an extended operating range.

Abstract: A surface cleaning brush is disclosed having a brush head with a plate, the plate having a plurality of apertures. U-Shaped bristle assemblies are inserted in the apertures and the base of the U-shaped bristle assemblies are secured with pins bent perpendicularly to the plate. The pins and bases of the bristle assemblies are then encased in a suitable hardened material to prevent their removal.

The surface of the tool holder to position the tool in the plumb position, or can be designed to position the tools in a leaning position in order to create a biased center of gravity and provide for improved stability. The tool holder has uniquely designed attachment mechanisms for secure attachment onto varying dimensions of common pegboard thicknesses, and common pegboard mounting hole diameters.

The nozzle includes an interior passage and an air outlet from which the air flow is emitted from the fan. The interior passage extends about an opening or bore through which air from outside the nozzle is drawn by air emitted from the air outlet. The body includes a duct having a first end defining an air inlet of the duct and a second end located opposite to the first end and defining an air outlet of the duct, an impeller located within the duct for drawing the air flow through the duct, and a motor for driving the impeller. The second end of the duct protrudes from the body into the interior passage of the nozzle.

Abstract: A method, device, and system are disclosed that enable the in-situ programming of an on-board secure element. A communication bus normally used to facilitate communications between the secure element and a microprocessor is borrowed to facilitate the in-situ programming with an off-board secure element. The microprocessor is disclosed to include the functionality to switch the configuration of the communication bus to enable the in-situ programming.

Abstract: A device for affixing terminal tackle to a fishing line has a body that defines a chamber, an upper orifice, and a lower orifice. A winding member is located within the body and defines a circumferential groove. Terminal tackle is affixed to the winding member. Fishing line passes through the upper and lower orifices. The winding member rotates within the body for displacing a path of the line from the upper to the lower orifice for forcing line into the groove and for wrapping line around the winding member for increasing line/winding member contact area for securing the tackle onto the line. A pinch point may be provided to further secure line within the body. Tactile feedback is provided to alert when the winding member is rotated to a pre-determined rotational position. Anti-backdrive mechanisms are provided to prevent unwanted rotation of the winding member when tension is applied to the line.

Abstract: A device for transportation and selective release of live bait organisms is disclosed. The device has a ventilated body providing a plurality of ventilation openings, a lid having a lid base adapted to interfit with the ventilated body and tapering to an opening defined opposite the base. The opening is wide enough to allow only a single bait organism to pass. The lid has a trap door sprung in a normally closed position to cover the opening. A base is adapted to interfit with the ventilated body and provide at least one tackle storage compartment.

Abstract: A device for transportation of live baitfish is disclosed. The device comprises a container having an interior portion and a plurality of strain holes such that the container holds water when sitting in an upright position but which allows water exchange with the interior portion when placed in a body of water. A strainer is disposed in the interior portion of the container and connected to at least one elevator rail. A releasable handle is attached to the at least one elevator rail and disposed substantially outside the container. The handle provides a grip for lifting and carrying the container when the handle is in a first unreleased state, and serves to elevate the strainer by lifting the at least one elevator rail when in a second released state.

Abstract: A combination grill care tool for cleaning a barbecue grill cooking surface includes a tool head having an upper surface and a lower surface. A handle having a proximal end and a distal end extends from the tool head such that the distal end opposes the tool head. A push-pull scraper disposed on the upper surface of the tool head extends from the tool head. The push-pull scraper has a first blade and a second blade. The first blade and the second blade are adapted to engage and break loose residue on the barbecue grill cooking surface. A method of use is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention is a pocketed cover to be used on an outdoor cooking appliance. This cover may be utilized for a barbecue grill and can be designed to appropriately fit a particular type of grill. This item may be designed for use on other outdoor equipment that also needs protection from the elements. Some examples of such equipment are smokers, lawn tools, and furniture such as chairs, umbrellas, and tables. The pocket of this cover increases the functionality of the cover, allowing for storage of items such as grill utensils. In some embodiments, the pocket can be used to store the cover itself when it is not in use. In some embodiments, the pocket is located on a front panel of the cover.

Abstract: A removable handle and method for use including a grip having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end, a back end, a button orifice, a locking wire channel, and a pair of recesses disposed on the front end of the grip. A locking wire including a hook end is disposed in the locking wire channel and the hook end is configured to engage the cooking implement. A pair of support posts is disposed in the pair of recesses and the support posts include a pair of support post ends configured for insertion into the cooking implement. A button is disposed in the button orifice and is arranged and configured to deflect the hook end between an engaged position and a disengaged position.

Abstract: A barbecue grill smoker for placement in a barbecue grill to produce a flavored smoke when heated. The smoker includes a heat resistant receptacle with an interior cavity for receiving a flavored smoke source. The receptacle has a lid with a smoker control mechanism that serves to regulate the release rate of the smoke via a plurality of aligning apertures and openings that are moved from an open to closed position.
