  • Patent number: 10945892
Abstract: An incontinence detector includes a layer of material having uniformly distributed electrically resistive elements which impart a baseline electrical resistance to the layer. The layer also has an actual electrical resistance. The detector also includes an RFID tag having a first and second leads which extend into the material without contacting each other. The tag is responsive to deviations of the actual resistance from the baseline resistance.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 10064647
Abstract: A blade disarmer is provided herein. The blade disarmer includes a base member having an elongated portion, a bottom portion, and first and second walls extending from the elongated portion. A cover member is removably attached to the base member forming a cavity therebetween. The cover member includes a hinge separating a body portion and a tab. A pair of dome-shaped portions is disposed on the tab configured to assist a pair of side surfaces of the tab proximate each respective dome-shaped portion to flex laterally. A closure mechanism is disposed on the first and second walls and configured to maintain the tab in a plurality of positions. First and second protrusions extend into the cavity.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9388971
Abstract: A method of making a light handle cover including providing a first mold tool and a second mold tool. The first mold tool engages with the second mold tool to form a mold cavity. The mold cavity is injected with a moldable material. The light handle cover is formed as a single integral piece with a substantially cylindrical grab portion that is circumscribed on one end by a substantially circular base shield. A plurality of teeth are formed in the light handle cover. Each of the plurality of teeth is separated by a space. The light handle cover is ejected from the second mold tool with a burst of air.
    Type: Grant
