  • Patent number: 11948280
Abstract: A method and system for multi-frame contextual attention are provided. The method includes obtaining a reference frame to be processed, identifying context frames with respect to the reference frame, and producing a refined reference frame by processing the obtained reference frame based on the context frames.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 28, 2020
Date of Patent: April 2, 2024
    Assignee: Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd
Inventors: Mostafa El-Khamy, Ryan Szeto, Jungwon Lee
  • Patent number: 11526970
Abstract: A system and method for processing an input video while maintaining temporal consistency across video frames is provided. The method includes converting the input video from a first frame rate to a second frame rate, wherein the second frame rate is a faster frame rate than the first frame rate; generating processed frames of the input video at the second frame rate; and aggregating the processed frames using temporal sliding window aggregation to yield a processed output video at a third frame rate.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 7, 2020
Date of Patent: December 13, 2022
Inventors: Mostafa El-Khamy, Ryan Szeto, Jungwon Lee

  • Publication number: 20180082264
Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media can determine a meeting for which at least one resource has been reserved for a period of time, the meeting having been scheduled through a calendaring system. A determination is made whether the at least one resource is being used for the meeting at a time within the period of time for which the meeting was scheduled. The reservation for the at least one resource is canceled upon determining that the resource is not being used for the meeting, wherein the resource is then made available for reservation for a different meeting.

  • Publication number: 20170169375
Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media can determine a meeting for which at least one resource has been reserved for a period of time, the meeting having been scheduled by a meeting organizer through by a calendaring system. A determination is made that a calendar event that references the meeting is not present in a calendar corresponding to the meeting organizer. The reservation for the at least one resource is canceled. The resource is available for reservation during the period of time for a different meeting.
