  • Patent number: 11936370
Abstract: A protection device is capable of protecting a load drive system at an appropriate timing according to a temperature of a power semiconductor. The protection device includes: a capacitor configured to output a voltage according to a charge accumulated by a first current; and a protection circuit configured to: (i) determine whether or not the voltage output by the capacitor exceeds a certain threshold value; (ii) generate a second current having a magnitude according to information related to the temperature of the power semiconductor which drives a load; and (iii) change a magnitude of the first current based on the second current.

  • Publication number: 20210381996
Abstract: The present invention comprises: crack detection wiring (80) having a plurality of main element lines (A, B, C) in each of which one end is formed as a terminal (a, b, c) and in which the other ends are connected to each other, and an auxiliary element line (D) having a nearby element line portion (D1) that is provided in correspondence with at least one main element line (B) from among the plurality of main element lines (A, B, C) and that runs along the one main element line (B), and a distant element line portion (D2) that is connected to the nearby element line portion (D1) and that is more distant from the one main element line (B) than the nearby element line portion (D1); and a computation device (90) that performs a logic computation on the basis of the conduction state between a pair of terminals of the plurality of main element lines (A, B, C) and the conduction state of the auxiliary element line (D), thereby specifying the location of a disconnection in the main element lines (A, B, C).

  • Patent number: 11022314
Abstract: An injector includes: an upstream support plate into which a fuel gas is to be introduced and which has a shape of a tapered cylinder with a diameter which enlarges; a downstream support plate that defines a plenum at an inner side along with the upstream support plate; and premixing tubes, each of which is supported by the upstream support plate and the downstream support plate and is configured to introduce air. The premixing tubes are disposed in circular rows at equal intervals in a circumferential direction, and portions of the premixing tubes which are located in the plenum include fuel introducing holes.

  • Patent number: 9803866
Abstract: A fuel injector (10) includes a fuel feed tube into which fuel gas (F) is introduced inward from a first end side in an axis direction in which an axis (O) extends, an upstream support plate connected to the fuel feed tube, a downstream support plate defining a plenum (P) inside along with the upstream support plate, and plurality of premixing tubes (16) into which air is introduced. When viewed in the axis direction, the plurality of premixing tubes (16) are disposed at positions excluding a position on the axis, that is, at positions of vertexes of virtual equilateral triangles (T1) when a cross-sectional region of the plenum (P) which is perpendicular to the axis is partitioned to closely dispose a plurality of virtual equilateral triangles (T1) around the axis.
