The main-body-side attachment sheet has a first section that fixes a back surface of the main body, a second section that is adjacent to the first section and allows the main body to rise, and a periphery section that projects outward of the first section and the second section and is configured to be attached to a body surface. In the lateral extension parts of the periphery section, a width of a boundary adjacent part overlapping an extension line of a boundary between the first section and the second section is wider than a width of a second section adjacent part positioned on a side closer to the second section than the extension line.

The intermediate member includes a base, and a central piece and an arm piece extending in parallel from the base. The intermediate member is fixed to the main-body-side attaching sheet from the base to the central piece, and is fixed to the main body from the base to the arm piece. The central piece is not fixed to the main body, and the arm piece is not fixed to the attaching member.
