    Abstract: An apparatus includes a main plate, a level capable of checking a level state of a bottom surface of the main plate in a longitudinal direction, a fixed measure provided for the main plate on an end side and having a feed section perpendicular to the bottom surface of the main plate, and a moving measure held in the fixed measure, the fixed measure has a tip reference surface and an inner reference surface formed at the tip thereof, which are parallel to the bottom surface of the main plate, the fixed measure and the moving measure have a scale for indicating a distance between the bottom surface of the main plate and a tip reference surface, and a scale indicating a distance between the bottom surface of the main plate and an inner reference surface.
