  • Publication number: 20240125400
Abstract: Included are: a cylindrical body (cylindrical portion 16) provided with a shaft portion (18); and a first valve body (11) that is in close contact with the shaft portion to close an opening portion (22) of the cylindrical body, and is separated from the shaft portion when pressure (P) in the cylindrical body rises to a threshold (Pth) or higher by gas that has entered the cylindrical body, to release the gas from the cylindrical body to the outside. The valve body includes a closing portion (40) that receives the pressure (P) of the gas in the cylindrical body. The pressure received by the closing portion (40) serves as a valve opening force. As a result, the discharge characteristics of the gas filling a case are improved to enhance a pressure regulation function.

  • Patent number: 11393639
Abstract: A seal plate (2) seals an opening part of a capacitor case (an exterior case 52) and includes a main body part (4) including a through-hole (8) for discharging a gas (G) in the capacitor case, a pressure valve (12) arranged to cover the through-hole and including a valve body part (26) allowing passage of the gas, a storage part (16) formed in the through-hole to receive the valve body part expanded due to a pressure in the capacitor case, and a stopper (stopper wall 10) that includes an opening part (20) for discharging the gas passing through the valve body part and that comes into contact with a portion of the valve body part in the storage part to deform the valve body part. This achieves an increase in gas permeability of the pressure valve and a high operating pressure maintained in the pressure valve.

  • Publication number: 20100078639
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for making a thin film semiconductor device having a bottom-gate, bottom-contact-type thin film transistor structure finer in size with satisfactory characteristics, in which the interface between a gate insulating film and a thin film semiconductor layer can be maintained at satisfactory conditions without being affected by formation of source/drain electrodes. A first gate insulating film (7-1) covering a gate electrode (5) on a substrate (3) is formed, and a pair of source/drain electrodes (9) is formed on the first gate insulating film (7-1). Subsequently, a second gate insulating film (7-2) is selectively formed only on the first gate insulating film (7-2) exposed from the source/drain electrodes (9). Next, a thin film semiconductor layer (11) continuously covering from the source/drain electrodes (9) to the first gate insulating film (7-1) through the second gate insulating film (7-2) is formed while making contact with the source/drain electrodes (9).

  • Publication number: 20020039497
Abstract: In a contact type charger including a charge roller which comes into contact with a photosensitive body and a power supply circuit which applies a direct-current fixed voltage to the charge roller, the power supply circuit further includes a resistor and applies the voltage to the charge roller through the resistor. Further, the power supply circuit includes a rectifying circuit and the resistor is disposed closer to the charge roller side than the rectifying circuit. Due to such a constitution, in response to an impedance between the photosensitive body and the charge roller, a current which flows into the charge roller is changed and an output voltage value is changed and hence, a fog on a background which is generated due to the change of the environment or change of the charge potential derived from the change of the film thickness of the photosensitive body can be prevented.

  • Patent number: 4732068
Abstract: A cutting device is provided for use with a printer having a plurality of movable blades which are disposed in side-by-side relationship and driven in a direction perpendicular to the length of the blade. A plurality of solenoids are provided for driving each movable blade. A spring, which is arranged to be depressed by the movement of the movable blade, applies a pressure to the paper to fix the paper in position before the movable blade reaches the cutting position.
