The left conductor portion (21) faces a gear tooth (7a) of a helical gear (7) and extends in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the gear tooth (7a) extends. The left heating coil (11) includes a focusing magnetic body (31) which focuses magnetic flux in the left conductor portion (21) and concentrates the magnetic flux on a surface of the gear tooth (7a). The left heating coil (11) includes an upper inducing magnetic body (32) which induces a part of the magnetic flux flowing in a tooth root of the gear tooth (7a) into a tooth tip of the gear tooth (7a).

Further, in a winding step of winding the wire, which is supplied from a wire supply unit, around the winding member, when the wire reaches a corner portion of the winding member, a residual stress toward an outer side in the diametrical direction of the stator is imparted to the wire. Thereafter, portions of the insulative coating of the wire are subjected to fusion bonding.

Stator coils (5) are wound around the individual divided cores (3). The divided core (3) includes a tooth part (6), and an insulator (13) around which the stator coil (5) is wound. A plurality of projection portions (5a) are formed in the stator coil (5) when the stator coil (5) is wound around the insulator (13). The projection portions (5a) are wound on only short sides of the insulator (13), resulting that the stator coil (5) does not protrude from the long sides of the divided core (3), and when the divided cores (3) are arranged in the circumferential direction to constitute the stator (1), the stator (1) is normally driven without the stator coils (5) of the neighboring divided cores (3) contacting each other.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a lubricant coat forming apparatus for forming a dry coat of water dry type lubricant on the surface of each of cold plastic working materials. The apparatus includes a heating unit for heating the cold plastic working materials to a predetermined temperature, a lubricant applicator for applying the lubricant on the surfaces of the cold plastic working materials heated at the heating unit, and a drying unit for drying the lubricant applied on the surfaces of the cold plastic working materials by applying cooling air stream to them. The cooling air stream has a temperature lower than that of the cold plastic working materials heated by the heating unit.
