  • Patent number: 11952952
Abstract: A HST system for use in traveling of a vehicle includes a controller that controls a pump regulator that changes a displacement of a pump and a motor regulator that changes a displacement of a motor. The controller determines whether or not a particular downhill travel condition is satisfied based on a result of detection by a vehicle speed detector that detects a vehicle speed of the vehicle and a result of detection by a rotation number detector that detects a number of rotations of an engine per unit time. In a case where a depression amount of an accelerator pedal, which is detected by a depression amount detector, is zero and the particular downhill travel condition is satisfied, the controller controls the motor regulator to increase the displacement of the motor.

  • Patent number: 11214942
Abstract: A hydraulic system includes: a travel motor; travel pump connected to the travel motor, the travel pump driven by an engine; a work pump that sucks hydraulic oil from a tank through a suction line, and supplies the oil to a work hydraulic actuator through a delivery line, the work pump driven by the engine; a switching valve connected to the delivery line, and connected to a part of the suction line downstream of the check valve; and an accumulator connected to the switching valve. The switching valve switches between a neutral position in which the switching valve blocks a pressure accumulation line, a pressure release line, and the relay line, the pressure accumulation position in which the switching valve wherein the pressure accumulation line communicates with the relay line, a pressure release position in which the switching valve brings the relay line into communication with the pressure release line.

  • Patent number: 8562307
Abstract: An electrical signal input type displacement control device capable of reducing pipes on hydraulic equipment, and hydraulic equipment including the same. The pump equipment includes two the pump units. Electrical regulators are disposed for the pump units. In each of the electrical regulators, a solenoid proportional valve changes a supply status of driving oil. A pilot piston activates a servo switching valve in accordance with a supply status of the supplied driving oil, and controls a supply status of mechanism driving oil supplied to a servo mechanism. Servo mechanisms change the capacities of the pump units in accordance with the supply status. In the electrical regulators, a driving oil passage connects the input port to an inter-pump passage.

  • Patent number: 7730827
Abstract: To provide an attachment structure of a swash plate support, that is, an attachment structure which suppresses an unstably fixed state of the swash plate support and realizes easy attachment and detachment of the swash plate support to and from a casing. A casing of a piston pump and a swash plate support which is attachable to the casing include a displacement preventing device and a rotation preventing device. In the swash plate support and the casing, since an engaging pawl portion of the displacement preventing device engages with an engaging portion, relative displacements in a first direction and a second direction along the rotational axis are prevented, and since a pin member of the rotation preventing device fits in the pin fit hole, relative rotations around the rotational axis are prevented.
