  • Patent number: 11964356
Abstract: A hand-held tool, such as a disc grinder, is used to perform work at a high work site, a countermeasure is taken to prevent the hand-held tool from falling by using a suspension tool, such as a tether strap. If a coupling part that couples the suspension tool to the hand-held tool is damaged, this fact is notified to a user. Thereby, an original function of the suspension tool can be reliably performed. If a large impact is applied to a coupling member via a suspension tool, the coupling member is displaced to a second position, due to the deformation of a first position retaining member. A conductive portion disengages from contacts to cause a power circuit to be shut off, thereby prohibiting a main body part from being activated.

  • Publication number: 20240001670
Abstract: An image processing apparatus converts, based on a threshold matrix in which thresholds are arrayed, input image data into a first dot pattern representing dots recorded by a recording head, and obtains a second dot pattern representing dots recorded by each of L number of the nozzle arrays by assigning the dots of the first dot pattern to each of the nozzle arrays so that each nozzle of the recording head is used in a cycle of L. A power spectrum in a frequency domain of the first dot pattern has a blue noise characteristic or a green noise characteristic in which power in a low frequency band is suppressed, and power is suppressed at a frequency corresponding to the cycle of L and at frequencies of multiplications of the frequency.

  • Patent number: 11840060
Abstract: In the technology of the present disclosure, multiple nozzles included in a printing head are stably driven while disparity in the usage frequency of each nozzle is suppressed. The dot counter scans the digital halftone data in the X direction and performs accumulation-counting on the pixel value Ixy (the number of printing dots) of each pixel for each address y with the accumulation counter CntCum(y). The signal value Gxy of the corresponding pixel address (x, y) is obtained from the division pattern memory unit. The nozzle selection unit selects the nozzle to be used for forming a printing dot, based on the counted values of the accumulation counter CntCum and the signal value Gxy of the division pattern. Then, the address n of the nozzle memory corresponding to the selected nozzle to form a printing dot is determined.

  • Patent number: 11770491
Abstract: A quantized value for a pixel of interest in an input image is derived by using a predetermined threshold value matrix. Then, based on a pixel value group in a predetermined reference area including the pixel of interest in the input image and a threshold value group corresponding thereto, directionality of correction is determined. Further, based on the pixel value group and the threshold value group, whether or not the pixel of interest satisfies a predetermined condition for changing the quantized value is determined. Then, based on both the determination results, the quantized value is corrected.

  • Patent number: 11571909
Abstract: In a case where a line drawing, such as a thin line, is included within input image data, the output of a non-ejectable nozzle is compensated for while suppressing deterioration of reproducibility thereof. Based on positional information for specifying an abnormal nozzle in which an ejection failure has occurred among a plurality of nozzles arrayed in a nozzle column, a pixel value of a pixel on a pixel line corresponding to the abnormal nozzle and a pixel value of a pixel on a pixel line corresponding to another nozzle that is located in close proximity to the abnormal nozzle and in which no ejection failure has occurred are exchanged for the input image data. Then, halftone image data is generated by performing halftone processing for the input image data for which pixel value exchange has been performed.
