  • Publication number: 20100021092
Abstract: A structure of an air vent passage of a sealed bag used for the sealed bag having a sealed part sealable in an airtight state, the sealed bag, and a method of manufacturing the sealed bag. In the structure, at least two sheets of valve element sheets (31) as a set are longitudinally stacked on each other and disposed between bag sheets (11) and (12). There are two or more fitted portions (C1) and (C2) on each set of valve units (3u) where one of the valve element sheets (31) is fitted to the bag sheets (11) and (12) or the other of the valve element sheets (31) facing the fitted surface (31a) of the valve element sheets (31). The structure is characterized in that the combination of the bag sheets (11) and (12) with the valve element sheets (31) or the combination of the valve element sheets (31) with each other forming the fitted portions (C1) and (C2) are different from each other for each of the fitted portions (C1) and (C2).

  • Patent number: 7448803
Abstract: A compression bag includes longitudinally continuous sheets continuously supplied in a longitudinal direction to lie one upon another, and adhered at predetermined spots to form an article containing portion having a space for an article and an air passageway having a space continuing to the space of the article containing portion. The sheets include a frontal sheet, a rear sheet which is equal to the frontal sheet in breadth (i.e., the transverse side dimension of the sheets), at least one valve body sheet disposed between the frontal and rear sheets and made smaller than the front and rear sheets in breadth, and base members disposed between at least one of the frontal and rear sheets and the valve body sheet and made smaller than the valve body sheet in breadth.

  • Publication number: 20070241023
Abstract: A dearation valve 1 for a compression bag comprising a main member 2 and a valve element wherein the main member is provided with a mounting plate 21 that comes into contact with the inner surface of a bag sheet B1. A valve mechanism 22 provided in the mounting plate 21 has a valve element support 23 and a deaeration hole 24 is provided in the valve element support 23. The valve element 3 is set by the engagement of a valve element side interlocking part 32 provided in the center of the valve element 3 with a main member side interlocking part 23b provided in the center of the valve element support 23. Since the interlocking parts engage with each other such that the valve element side interlocking part 32 can move in the longitudinal direction in relation to the valve seat side interlocking part 23b, the deaeration hole 24 can be closed off when the valve element 3 contacts the valve element support 23.

  • Publication number: 20050252816
Abstract: Longitudinally continuous sheets 11, 12, 31, 32 as a plurality of components are continuously supplied in a longitudinal direction to lie one upon another, and adhered at predetermined spots to form an article containing portion 2 having a space for an article and an air passageway 3 having a space continuing to the space of the article containing portion 2. Said sheets are a frontal sheet 11, a rear sheet 12 which is equal to the frontal sheet 11 in breadth, i.e. the transverse side dimension of the sheets, at least one valve body sheet 31 disposed between said both sheets 11 and 12 and made smaller than the sheets 11, 12 in breadth and base members 32 disposed between at least one of the frontal and rear sheets 11, 12 and the valve body sheet 31 and made smaller than the valve body sheet 31 in breadth.
