  • Publication number: 20120067425
Abstract: A metal substrate with an insulating layer, which is capable of being produced by a simple process, exhibits heat resistance during semiconductor processing, is superior in voltage resistance, and has small leakage current, and an Al base material that realizes the metal substrate are provided. The metal substrate with an insulating layer is formed by administering anodic oxidation on at least one surface of the Al base material. The Al base material includes only precipitous particles of a substance which is anodized by anodic oxidation as precipitous particles within an Al matrix.

  • Patent number: 7419697
Abstract: Bismuth salt and metal alkoxide are reacted with each other under an acidic condition, and a Bi12MO20 precursor solution (where M is at least one of Ge, Si and Ti) is obtained. The obtained Bi12MO20 precursor solution is concentrated to be formed into gel, and the gel Bi12MO20 precursor is fired to be formed into powder. The powder is mixed with a binder and coated on a support, and so on. In such a way, a photoconductive layer, which is formed of a bismuth oxide-series complex oxide with a high collection effect of charges generated and small electric noise, is manufactured.

  • Publication number: 20070096045
Abstract: For a solid state radiation detector of multi-layered body including a photoconductive layer, the photoconductive layer is sealed by a polymer film formed by chemical vapor deposition as the sealing method that does not develop any gap in the sealing section and requires no adhesive, in order to prevent the problems of spotty image, discharge breakdown, and the like caused by a gap developed in the sealing section or adhesive when sealing the photoconductive layer from the air.

  • Patent number: 7167541
Abstract: An X-ray photography apparatus includes a photographing system and a movement control section. The photographing system is made up of a normal X-ray source for irradiating X rays to a subject, a small focus X-ray source for irradiating X rays to the subject, and an X-ray detector for obtaining an image signal by detecting X rays transmitted through the subject. The movement control section moves and controls at least one component from among the normal X-ray source, the small focus X-ray source, and the X-ray detector so that the arrangement of the photographing system is switched between a first arrangement suitable for normal photography in which the subject is photographed employing the normal X-ray source, and a second arrangement suitable for magnified photography in which the subject is magnified and photographed, employing the small focus X-ray source.

  • Patent number: 7135690
Abstract: A radiation image storage panel having a phosphor layer formed by a gas phase-accumulation method, in which the phosphor layer is made of an europium activated alkali metal halide stimulable phosphor (in which the alkali metal atom is Rb and/or Cs and the halogen is Cl, Br and/or I), and the phosphor layer gives off a stimulated emission whose afterglow at 0.24 millisecond observed after excitation with a stimulating light has an intensity of 1/102.1 or less of a maximum intensity of the stimulated emission (the stimulated emission and afterglow is observed after the phosphor layer is exposed to radiation and then excited with the stimulating light).

  • Publication number: 20060226382
Abstract: A method for manufacturing an image recording medium constituted by a layer composite layered in the order of: a recording side electrode layer transparent to recording radiation; a recording photoconductive layer that shows photoconductivity when exposed to the recording radiation; a charge storage section for storing charges of a latent image polarity generated in the recording photoconductive layer; a readout photoconductive layer that shows photoconductivity when exposed to a readout electromagnetic wave; and a readout side electrode layer transparent to the readout electromagnetic wave. In the layer composite, either of the recording photoconductive layer or readout photoconductive layer consists primarily of a-Se, and the other consists primarily of sintered compacts of Bi-system compound. The photoconductive layer consisting primarily of a-Se is formed by deposition after the photoconductive layer consisting primarily of sintered compacts of Bi-system compound is formed.

  • Publication number: 20060051287
Abstract: A mixed solution of a bismuth salt and a metal alkoxide is mixed together with an aqueous alkali solution, and a Bi12MO20 precursor, in which M represents at least one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Ge, Si, and Ti, is thereby obtained. The Bi12MO20 precursor is subjected to molding processing, the thus molded Bi12MO20 precursor is subjected to firing processing, and a photo-conductor layer is thereby produced. Alternatively, the Bi12MO20 precursor is subjected to heating processing in an alkaline liquid phase or to firing processing, and Bi12MO20 particles are thereby obtained. A photo-conductor layer is produced by use of the thus obtained Bi12MO20 particles.
