Abstract: Provided is a vehicle including the following: a vehicle body having side walls on both sides in a width direction that is perpendicular to the direction of travel, and having an expanded portion between the upper end and the lower end of the side wall, the expanded portion being expanded further outward in the width direction than the upper end and the lower end; and a seat provided in the vehicle body and having a seatback along the side wall and a seat surface that extends inward in the width direction of the vehicle body from the seatback, the portion of the rear surface of the seatback that faces the side wall and that protrudes the farthest towards the side wall being disposed in a position facing the expanded portion of an in-vehicle-side lateral surface of the side wall.

Abstract: A backrest includes a panel-shaped base member that is provided along a main surface which includes a reference line extending in a direction intersecting a floor surface of a vehicle, and a retaining member that is provided on a front surface of the base member and that has a front surface which has a curved surface shape in a state in which the retaining member is supporting a load in a direction toward the main surface. Due to this configuration, the retaining member presents a curved surface shape due to the load of a standing passenger when the passenger leans against the backrest, and thereby the passenger's body can be stably retained.

Abstract: A cabinet for hairdressing and beauty (2) of which front and rear outer surfaces (21, 22) being curved is stood upright on one side of a substantially circular floor base (1) having a space, where a chair (4) for a customer to sit can be placed and a barber or a beautician is able to perform a hairdressing or beauty work therearound, and a partition (3) curved along the outer peripheral edge of the floor base (1) is stood upright on the other side of the floor base (1) opposing thereto to constitute a shop. A vacuum cleaner for hair cleaning is installed inside the cabinet (2), and a suction air hose is rotatably supported inside the cabinet so that the hose can be pulled forward of the cabinet.

Abstract: A tiltable table having a top plate tiltably mounted on a frame. The tiltable table comprises an air spring disposed between the frame and the top plate and having a cylinder pivoted at its one end to the frame, a piston rod pivoted at its outer end to the rear side of the top plate and a release pin projecting from the piston rod outer end, the piston rod being holdable as projected by a desired length by the air spring; a pushing plate movable toward and away from the release pin of the air spring; a lever pivoted to the top plate at the free end thereof; and release structure attached at its one end to the base end of the lever and at the other end thereof to the pushing plate for pressing the pushing plate into contact with the release pin of the air spring when the lever is pivotally moved to thereby release the piston rod from the holding action of the air spring.
