Patent number: 9435829Abstract: A current sensor includes first and second current paths each including a first conductive portion and second and third conductive portions extending in the X direction from both ends of the first conductive portion, and being neighboring and apart in the Y direction; and first and second magnetoelectric conversion elements arranged with the first conductive portion of the first current path interposed therebetween, and having sensitive axes along the Y direction. The second and third conductive portions of each of the first and second current paths are apart in the Z direction. The second conductive portion of the second current path is arranged in the Y direction with respect to the first and second magnetoelectric conversion elements. Perpendicular lines from the center line of the second conductive portion of the second current path to the first and second magnetoelectric conversion elements have the same direction and equivalent lengths.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 2013Date of Patent: September 6, 2016Assignee: ALPS GREEN DEVICES CO., LTD.Inventors: Hiroyuki Hebiguchi, Shinji Mitsuya, Manabu Tamura, Ryuji Mukaiyama

Patent number: 6883391Abstract: In a rotary sensor according to the present invention, when a casing expands or contracts by changes in the external environment, relative sliding operation is performed between a rotator and a first elastic member in an axial direction of a drive shaft, so that a gap between the rotator and an insulating substrate need not change during expansion or contraction of the casing due to the external environment and/or during the movement of the drive shaft in the axial direction. Hence, the position of a sliding contact contacting a resistor pattern does not change so as to have excellent performances while when the drive shaft rapidly rotates, the first elastic member cannot be twisted, preventing the rotator from delaying the rotational transmission so as to have the excellent followingness of the rotator to the drive shaft.Type: GrantFiled: November 5, 2003Date of Patent: April 26, 2005Assignee: Alps Electric Co., LTDInventor: Ryuji Mukaiyama

Patent number: 6862926Abstract: There is provided a compact rotary sensor which can be assembled easily by improving the shape and mounting of a spring member. There is provided a housing, a rotary body rotatably supported in the housing, a detection unit operated by rotating the rotary body, and a driving shaft inserted in a recess formed on the rotary body for rotating the rotary body. A spring member made of metal having at least a pair of arm sections and a connecting section for connecting the arm sections is disposed in the recess of the rotary body, and the driving shaft is elastically pressed and sandwiched by the pair of arm sections.Type: GrantFiled: July 11, 2002Date of Patent: March 8, 2005Assignee: Alps Electric Co., LTDInventor: Ryuji Mukaiyama

Patent number: 6291914Abstract: A terminals is abutted against an inner wall of a receptacle portion formed in a cylindrical housing and is opposed to a hole through which a lead wire is inserted, the terminal and one end portion of the lead wire being soldered together near an opening of the housing. A coiled spring is accommodated within an accommodating portion formed in the cylindrical housing, and a rotor having retaining portions for abutment against stopper portions formed at the peripheral edge of an opening portion of the housing and which closes the housing open portion is fixed to a rotary shaft.Type: GrantFiled: April 6, 2000Date of Patent: September 18, 2001Assignee: Alps Electric Co., Ltd.Inventor: Ryuji Mukaiyama
