  • Patent number: 9441664
Abstract: A seal washer of the present invention includes a metal washer body including a center hole, an outer resilient material projecting from an outer periphery of the washer body to a location lower than a lower surface of the washer body, and an inner resilient material provided on an inner periphery of the washer body which faces the center hole. If a fastening force in an axial direction is applied, since the lower surface of the washer body metal-touches on a mating member, loosening does not occur unlike a conventional technique. In addition, since no further compression load is applied to the resilient material, a phenomenon that the resilient material is deformed in a crushed manner does not occur.

  • Patent number: 6688823
Abstract: A fastening position adjustable bolt is provided which includes a bolt body and a cylindrically shaped collar bolt. The bolt body has a head, a shank, and first male threads formed on a lower outer peripheral surface of the shank, and the collar bolt has second male threads formed on an upper outer peripheral surface thereof. An engaging portion engages the shank of the bolt body with the collar bolt. The engaging portion is disposed between the head of the bolt body and a position on the shank at which the first male threads are formed, and the engaging portion is adapted to release engagement between the collar bolt and the shank of the bolt body upon application of a torque having at least a predetermined value.

  • Patent number: 6560819
Abstract: A water-proof grommet is provided which includes a plate-shaped head, a polygonal grommet body, and at least two latch pawls connected at lower ends to the grommet body and arranged on an outside surface of a substantially central portion of the grommet body. The head is substantially flat at a back surface thereof, and the latch pawls are provided at tip end portions with at least one inclined surface inclined outward and downward from the grommet body and at least one adjacent flat portion. The grommet body is adapted to expand radially as a screw is threaded therein, so as to cause an outer surface of the grommet body to deform the latch pawls radially outward and thereby cause at least one of the inclined surface and the adjacent flat portion of the latch pawls to press a member being mounted toward the back surface of the head.
