Abstract: In the setting of distribution contents and distribution time of digital content, data processing efficiency is increased and operability is improved for users. Distribution processing is efficiently executed according to, for example, a position of a portable terminal, and excellent usability is realized for digital content and advertisements. To solve the problem, a system includes a distribution table storage section to store for each portable terminal user a distribution table in which distribution desired digital content identified by designation regarding distribution desired digital content is listed in time series, and a distribution processing section for distributing, when request information of distribution is received from a portable terminal, the distribution desired digital content listed in the distribution table to the portable terminal.

Abstract: Conventionally, when a document is displayed on a mobile telephone whose screen size is limited, all the information cannot be displayed at a time. This drawback has resulted in a problem that grasping the content requires the button operation and screen switching. A Chinese-character Index is automatically created from the document, then being displayed. First, in the character-string extraction process 102, in the document inputted in the input process 101, the character string is divided and selected according to the character type, thereby creating a compact sentence. Next, in the character-string analysis process 104, priority order is allocated from the compact sentence. Moreover, in the Chinese-character Index creation process 106, necessary m×n characters are extracted from the character-string analysis result in accordance with the priority order. Then, these characters are two-dimensionally located in an m-row×n-column arrangement, thereby creating the Chinese-character Index.

Abstract: A data distribution control system is provided, to which a terminal owned by a user, a plurality of computers for transmitting/receiving data, and a control apparatus for controlling data transmitted/received between the computers and the terminal are connected; in which the terminal-transmits first data to the control apparatus; when the control apparatus receives the first data, the control apparatus selects such a computer related to the terminal from the plurality of computers based upon the first data and-second data which includes attribute information previously registered in the control apparatus; the control apparatus transmits third data which contains positional information of the terminal and attribute information of the user with respect to the selected computer; and when the selected computer receives the third data, the selected computer transmits fourth data in order to call the user with respect to the terminal.
